AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CYBERSECURITY TASK FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a cybersecurity task force be established to (1) study how to 1
ensure protection from cyber attacks and prevention of government, 2
business and personal cyber attacks, and (2) submit a report on such 3
study on or before December 31, 2025. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a cybersecurity task force to (1) ensure protection from
cyber attacks and prevention of government, business and personal
cyber attacks, and (2) submit a report on such study.
