AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION
TO RESPOND TO APPEALS OF A CONSTRUCTION BID REJECTION
WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13a-95 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Transportation to respond to an appeal of a rejection 2
of a construction bid not later than fifteen days after the date of mailing 3
of such appeal. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Transportation to respond to an appeal
of a rejection of a construction bid within fifteen days of receiving such
appeal.
