AN ACT CONCERNING TRAINING OF REGISTRARS OF VOTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require the Secretary 1
of the State to provide to registrars of voters a one-day training session 2
on procedures related to the conduct of early voting and the counting of 3
absentee ballots. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Secretary of the State to provide certain elections-related
training to registrars of voters.
