AN ACT CONCERNING EARLY VOTING AT ELECTIONS AND
PRIMARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to limit early voting at 1
(1) an election to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding such 2
election, and (2) a primary to the Saturday preceding such primary. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To specify fewer days for early voting at elections and primaries.
