28 | 28 | That: (1) Section 54-192h of the general statutes be repealed; and (2) 1 | |
29 | 29 | the general statutes be amended to (A) prohibit any local or state 2 | |

31 | 31 | state or federal law enforcement personnel from carrying out their 4 | |
32 | 32 | respective duties related to the enforcement of federal immigration law, 5 | |
33 | 33 | (B) establish a process that allows a person to file a complaint if a state 6 | |

35 | 35 | immigration law, (C) establish penalties for a state or local government 8 | |
