AN ACT CONCERNING UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF INTIMATE
IMAGES THAT ARE DIGITALLY ALTERED OR CREATED THROUGH
THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to criminalize unauthorized 1
dissemination of intimate images that are digitally altered or created 2
through the use of artificial intelligence. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To criminalize unauthorized dissemination of intimate images that are
digitally altered or created through the use of artificial intelligence.
