Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the State Fire Marshal and the Codes and Standards Committee 1 study the provisions of the State Fire Safety Code relating to methods of 2 egress in the event of an intruder, including the use of a lock that 3 requires two releasing motions. 4 Statement of Purpose: To study the State Fire Safety Code as it relates to methods of egress in the event of an intruder, including the use of a lock that requires two releasing motions.
