Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow law enforcement 1
officers to carry and to authorize the use of pulse oximeters. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow law enforcement officers to carry and to authorize the use of
pulse oximeters.
