AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO REVIEW POLICIES
CONCERNING THE RELEASE OF BALLOONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to 1
review policies concerning the release of balloons and recommend 2
legislation to address environmental concerns while taking into 3
consideration individual freedoms to conduct certain activities related 4
to balloons. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to review policies concerning the release of
balloons.
