| 24 | 24 | reciprocity to skilled tradespersons who are licensed in other states and 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | whose work is necessary to construct homes in this state, (2) limit 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | licensing fees for skilled tradespersons to not more than one hundred 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | dollars annually, (3) eliminate apprenticeship ratios for any entity with 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | fewer than twenty licensees, and (4) change the apprenticeship ratio to 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | one apprentice to one licensee for any entity with at least twenty 7 | |
