AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A TASK FORCE TO
STUDY REFORMS TO THE FAMILY COURT PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be created to study and recommend reforms to the 1
family court process in order to ensure justice and fair outcomes and to 2
reduce the costs to individuals. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to study and recommend reforms to the family
court process in order to ensure justice and fair outcomes and to reduce
the costs to individuals.
