AN ACT CONCERNING COMPOUNDING PHARMACIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure that compounding 1
pharmacies are able to compound active pharmaceutical ingredients in 2
order to produce certain drugs, including, but not limited to, 3
levonorgestrel, mifepristone and misoprostol, for the purpose of 4
ensuring access to such drugs. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that compounding pharmacies are able to compound active
pharmaceutical ingredients for the purpose of ensuring access to certain
drugs.
