26 | 26 | care professional that is attributable to adverse outcomes directly 3 | |
27 | 27 | caused by a health insurer's delay in authorizing or approving care, and 4 | |
28 | 28 | that such action may instead be brought directly against a health insurer 5 | |
29 | 29 | for damages and harms caused by the undue delay in authorizing or 6 | |
