AN ACT RESTORING AND ENHANCING FUNDING IN SUPPORT OF
THE VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) implement reforms 1
contained in the federal VOCA Fix to Sustain the Crime Victims Fund 2
Act, and (2) require the state to collaborate with the federal government 3
to fund such reforms. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To address the critical need for sustained and equitable funding to
support victims of crime in Connecticut.
