AN ACT EXEMPTING MOTOR VEHICLES OWNED BY INDIVIDUALS
SEVENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER FROM PROPERTY
TAXATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from 1
property taxation any motor vehicle owned by an individual seventy-2
five years of age or older. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt from property taxation any motor vehicle owned by an
individual seventy-five years of age or older.
