| 24 | 24 | care hospitals, including, but not limited to, (A) any regulatory burdens 3 | |
| 25 | 25 | such as duplicative employee fingerprinting requirements, (B) the 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | appropriateness of current oversight mechanisms, and (C) any 5 | |
| 27 | 27 | regulatory inconsistencies and their impact on the ability of such 6 | |
| 28 | 28 | hospitals to delivery timely and effective care, and (2) require equitable 7 | |
| 29 | 29 | reimbursement rates for long-term acute care hospitals under the 8 | |
