AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE NEGATIVE
IMPACTS OF PRIVATE EQUITY INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROVISION
OF RADIOLOGY SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the negative impacts of the 1
involvement of a private equity firm in the provision of radiology 2
services in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study the negative impacts of the
involvement of a private equity firm in the provision of radiology
services.
