AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GRANT PROGRAM TO SUPPORT
TOBACCO AND NICOTINE PRODUCT CESSATION EFFORTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a grant program to 1
provide grants to convenience stores, gas stations and other retail 2
establishments that commit to ceasing the sale of tobacco and nicotine 3
products. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a grant program to support tobacco and nicotine product
cessation efforts.
