AN ACT ELIMINATING THE RESTRICTION ON CARRYING HAND
GUNS IN STATE PARKS AND FORESTS FOR SELF -DEFENSE
PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the restriction on 1
the carrying of handguns in state parks and state forests for the purpose 2
of self-defense. 3
Statement of Purpose:
