25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to prohibit, as of January 1, 1 | |
26 | 26 | 2028, the use or application of neonicotinoids to treat: (1) Golf courses; 2 | |
27 | 27 | (2) turf grass; (3) lawns and playing fields; (4) outdoor ornamental 3 | |
28 | 28 | plants; (5) property owned by or leased to the state or any municipality; 4 | |
29 | 29 | or (6) corn, wheat or soybeans, unless the Commissioner of Energy and 5 | |
30 | 30 | Environmental Protection determines that there is an environmental 6 | |
