AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF TWO ENVELOPES FOR EARLY
VOTING BALLOTS FOR PURPOSES OF SECRECY OF SUCH
BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require the use of 1
two envelopes for the casting of early voting ballots, similar to the use 2
of two envelopes for the casting and return of absentee ballots. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the use of two envelopes for early voting ballots for purposes
of secrecy of such ballots.
