AN ACT PROHIBITING PAYMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION TO STRIKING WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 567 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
payment of unemployment compensation, or any other form of 2
payment from the state, from being paid to striking workers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit payment of unemployment compensation or other forms of
payment from the state from being paid to striking workers.
