REP. MASTROFRANCESCO, 80th Dist. AN ACT EXPANDING THE EXEMPTIONS TO THE REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS LAW FOR STUDENTS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 10-204a of the general statutes be amended to expand the 1 exemptions to the requirement that students enrolled in a public school 2 receive immunizations to allow for a philosophical exemption for those 3 who object to immunizations because of personal, moral or other beliefs. 4 Statement of Purpose: To expand the exemptions to state mandatory vaccination laws for school-aged children.
