23 | 23 | That title 29 of the general statutes be amended to allow a builder to 1 | |
24 | 24 | hire a private licensed building inspector to inspect a building and 2 | |
25 | 25 | submit such inspector's report to the municipality, which shall be 3 | |
26 | 26 | deemed approved upon submission, in lieu of requiring a building 4 | |
27 | 27 | inspector employed by such municipality to inspect such building. 5 | |
