AN ACT REQUIRING RECIPROCITY FOR TEACHERS CERTIFIED IN
OTHER STATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-145b of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Education to allow reciprocity for a teacher certified in 2
good standing in another state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require reciprocity for teachers certified in good standing in other
states to assist with teacher recruitment.
