AN ACT REQUIRING ONLINE POSTING OF SCHOOL CURRICULA
AND OTHER COURSE MATERIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-220 of the general statutes be amended to require each 1
local and regional board of education and regional educational service 2
center to post on the Internet web site of each school under its 3
governance, including, but not limited to, charter schools, the 4
curriculum for every course, including the syllabus and accompanying 5
course materials, prior to the commencement of each school year in a 6
location easily accessible to parents or guardians. 7

To provide transparency in education.
