AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING OF CHARTER SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-66bb of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the General Assembly to appropriate funds to the Department of 2
Education for the purpose of providing grants for each charter or initial 3
certificate of approval for a charter granted by the State Board of 4
Education. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the process and funding for charter schools.
