AN ACT EXCLUDING SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS FROM
THE PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENT OR USE OF A PROJECT
LABOR AGREEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude school construction 1
projects from the prevailing wage requirement or use of a project labor 2
agreement under subsection (a) of section 4-261 of the general statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude school construction projects from the prevailing wage
requirement or use of a project labor agreement.
