AN ACT REQUIRING THE OFFERING OF SURPLUS STATE
PROPERTY TO MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 4a-57a and 4b-21 of the general statutes be amended to 1
require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to offer any 2
surplus state property to municipalities at no cost prior to offering it for 3
sale to the public. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to claim surplus state property at no cost.
