AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY HEALTHY AND
SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study healthy and safe learning 1
environments including, but not limited to, the ability of teachers and 2
school staff to discipline and remove disruptive students from a 3
classroom. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of healthy and safe learning environments, including
the ability to discipline and remove disruptive students from a
classroom.
