AN ACT REQUIRING ONLINE POSTING OF SCHOOL CURRICULA
AND OTHER COURSE MATERIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-220 of the general statutes be amended to require each 1
local and regional board of education and regional educational service 2
center to post on the Internet web site of each school under its 3
governance the curriculum for every course, including the syllabus and 4
accompanying course materials, prior to the commencement of each 5
school year in a location easily accessible to parents or guardians. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide transparency in the public school system.
