22 | 22 | Assembly convened: | |

24 | 24 | That chapter 170 of the general statutes be amended to require a local 1 | |
25 | 25 | or regional board of education to ensure that the curriculum for each 2 | |
26 | 26 | grade in the school district, including all course materials, is made 3 | |
27 | 27 | available in an easily accessible location on the board's Internet web site 4 | |
28 | 28 | prior to the start of each school year; and further that chapter 163 of the 5 | |
29 | 29 | general statutes be amended to require that no curriculum developed 6 | |
30 | 30 | and adopted by the State Board of Education, Department of Education 7 | |
31 | 31 | or any local or regional board of education or taught in any school in the 8 | |
32 | 32 | state include the teaching of biased political ideology to students in 9 | |
33 | 33 | grades kindergarten to twelve, inclusive, and that any teacher who 10 | |
34 | 34 | violates such requirement may be subject to disciplinary action and 11 | |
35 | 35 | permit a parent or guardian of a student to bring an action in Superior 12 | |
