AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF A HOLD HARMLESS
PROVISION FOR THE EDUCATION COST -SHARING GRANT
FORMULA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to revise the 1
equalization aid grant formula to hold towns harmless for any 2
reductions in grant amounts that they may experience. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To hold towns harmless in the rollout of the education cost-sharing
formula.
