AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMPOSITION OF THE PUBLIC
UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-2 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the 1
number of members of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority from 2
five to three. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the number of members of the Public Utilities Regulatory
Authority from five to three.
