AN ACT ELIMINATING THE CHARGE ASSESSED TO END USE
CUSTOMERS OF ELECTRIC SERVICES THAT IS DEPOSITED INTO
THE CLEAN ENERGY FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-245n of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the charge assessed to end use customers of electric services that is 2
deposited into the Clean Energy Fund. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate a surcharge assessed on electric bills that is deposited into
the Clean Energy Fund.
