AN ACT REQUIRING FAIR RENT COMMISSIONS TO OPERATE
UNDER THE SAME PROCEDURES AS OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE
AGENCIES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4-186 of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
any fair rent commission adhere to the procedures for agency 2
administrative proceedings set forth in chapter 54 of the general 3
statutes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require a fair rent commission to operate under the same procedures
as other administrative agencies in the state.
