AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN JUVENILE CASES
TO ADULT COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 46b of the general statutes be amended to revise eligibility 1
for transfer from juvenile court to adult court, including removing 2
certain youthful offender status restrictions to allow transfer under that 3
status. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for transfer of certain juvenile cases.
