AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPALITIES AND THE PAID SICK LEAVE
STATUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subdivision (3) of section 31-57r of the general statutes be 1
amended to exempt municipalities from the definition of "employer". 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt municipalities from the provisions of the paid sick leave
statutes.
