AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR VFW POST 9452 IN THE
TOWN OF PRESTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of three hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to 1
the Department of Veterans Affairs, from the General Fund, for the fiscal 2
year ending June 30, 2026, for a grant-in-aid to Veterans of Foreign Wars 3
Post 9452 in the town of Preston to repair damage to the facility. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the Preston VFW to repair damage caused by a
fire.
