AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF ATV AND DIRT BIKE
REGISTRATION FEES TO FUND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE TRAILS ON
STATE-OWNED PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for registration fees 1
for ATVs and dirt bikes that will fund the creation of all-terrain vehicle 2
trails on state-owned property. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the creation of all-terrain vehicle trails on state property.
