AN ACT EXEMPTING THE COST OF HEADSTONES UP TO A
CERTAIN AMOUNT FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to exempt up to 1
two thousand five hundred dollars of the cost of a headstone from the 2
sales and use taxes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt up to two thousand five hundred dollars of the cost of a
headstone from the sales and use taxes.
