AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT BOARD TO MANAGE
STATE INVESTMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 32 of the general statutes be amended to (1) establish an 1
Investment Board as a successor to the Investment Advisory Council 2
with the fiduciary duty of managing state investments, and (2) appoint 3
the Treasurer as chairperson of the Investment Board. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an Investment Board with the fiduciary duty of managing
state investments.
