| 34 | 34 | | subsequent confirmation notices of such registrations; (3) require 4 |

| 35 | 35 | | registrars of voters to verify that any elector who votes by absentee 5 |

| 36 | 36 | | ballot actually resides at the address associated with such elector's 6 |

| 37 | 37 | | absentee ballot application and absentee ballot; (4) (A) require photo 7 |
