Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 151 of the general statutes be amended to impose 1
mandatory minimum sentences for certain felony violations of election 2
laws. 3

To impose mandatory minimum sentences for certain felony violations
