AN ACT PERMITTING TENANTS TO MAKE ADVANCE RENTAL
PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 47a-21 of the general statutes be amended to authorize a 1
tenant to make advance rental payments to the tenant's landlord. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a tenant to make advance rental payments to the tenant's
landlord.
