AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL GRANT PROGRAM TO 
FACILITATE THE EXPANSION OF CERTAIN SINGLE -FAMILY 
HOUSING AND MIDDLE HOUSING. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to establish a grant program to 1 
assist municipalities in covering costs related to public infrastructure, 2 
including, but not limited to, water lines, sewer lines and roads, in order 3 
to facilitate the expansion of deed-restricted single-family housing and 4 
middle housing. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To establish a grant program to assist municipalities in covering costs 
related to public infrastructure, in order to facilitate the expansion of 
deed-restricted single-family housing and middle housing.
