AN ACT CONCERNING OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE INTERSTATE 
RECIPROCITY FOR CERTAIN MILITARY -RELATED INDIVIDUALS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to provide that, if any veteran, 1 
member of the armed forces or immediate family of a member of the 2 
armed forces is the holder of an occupational license in another state, 3 
the corresponding licensing authority for such occupation in this state 4 
shall, upon application thereto by such individual, consider such other 5 
state's occupational license to be valid at a similar scope of practice and 6 
in the discipline applied for in this state. 7 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide for occupational license interstate reciprocity for certain 
military-related individuals.
