27 | 27 | flower and concentrates, (4) prohibit cannabis flower that exceeds 5 | |
28 | 28 | twenty-five per cent total THC, (5) prohibit products containing total 6 | |
29 | 29 | THC that is greater than fifty per cent, (6) require cannabis retailers to 7 | |
