1818 AN ACT CONCERNING CANNABIS, CANNABIS PRODUCTS AND
1919 CANNABIS CONSUMPTION.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to (1) on a per-container basis, 1
2424 (A) cap total THC content at fifty milligrams, and (B) cap the maximum 2
2525 number of servings at ten, (2) require that all edible cannabis products 3
2626 be one color, (3) cap total THC content at twenty per cent for cannabis 4
2727 flower and concentrates, (4) prohibit cannabis flower that exceeds 5
2828 twenty-five per cent total THC, (5) prohibit products containing total 6
2929 THC that is greater than fifty per cent, (6) require cannabis retailers to 7
3030 provide dosage education materials at each cannabis sale, (7) require 8
3131 cannabis labels to disclose the delayed effect of edible cannabis 9
3232 products, (8) standardize vaporizing technology to (A) limit THC intake 10
3333 at two milligrams per inhalation, (B) cap THC content at five hundred 11
3434 milligrams per cartridge, and (C) prohibit certain additives, and (9) 12
