Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a health care 1 provider from requiring a patient to provide an electronic payment 2 method to be kept on file with such provider. 3 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit a health care provider from requiring a patient to provide an electronic payment method to be kept on file with such provider.
