AN ACT CONCERNING TUITION WAIVERS FOR MEMBERS OF
NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBES IN THE STATE AT PUBLIC
INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 10a-77, 10a-99 and 10a-105 of the general statutes be 1
amended to provide tuition waivers for members of any federally 2
recognized Native American tribe in the state at any public institution 3
of higher education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tuition waivers to members of Native American tribes in the
state at public institutions of higher education.
